Swim
Lessons
FINS offers swim lessons
year-round in our state-of-the-art, indoor,
heated facility. Our lessons are offered 6 days
a week, from 8:30A-8:00P Monday-Friday and 8:30A-12:00P
on Saturdays. FINS offers swim lessons to all
ages and levels, from babies to adults, from
beginner levels to competitive classes.
The
following is a list of our class descriptions
and skill levels:
Baby
Ducks
6 mos-24 mos Group

Little
FINS
2-4 years Semi-Private
Designed for the very young beginner with fear.
Angel
FINS
2-4 years Semi-Private/Grp of 3
Designed for the very young beginner.
*All students new to FINS from 2-4 years must
start in a semi-private lesson.
Red
FINS
5+ years Semi-Private
Similar approach as Little FINS, but geared
toward older child.
Blue
FINS
5+ Years Semi-Private/Grp of 4
Designed for the school-age beginner with very
little swimming skills.
Silver
FINS
4-8 yrs/9-13 yrs Grp of 4
Designed for children who can swim 15-20 feet
and can float on their back.
These swimmers are ready to learn breathing
and backstroke.
Gold
FINS
5-8yrs/9-13 yrs Grp of 4-5
Designed for more advanced students who are
swimming 40 feet of freestyle and backstroke.
Swimmers will learn beginning steps of breaststroke
and butterfly, while continuing to advance skills
in other strokes.
Dolphin
FINS
5-8 yrs/9-13 yrs Grp of 6
Designed for students who have completed Gold
FINS level and are ready to learn complete butterfly
and breaststroke techniques; will continue to
advance other strokes through drills.
Cadillac
FINS
Adult
Beginner or technique improvement
Quick
FINS/NEMO
Special Needs/Limited Time 20 mins
This class is designed for special needs students,
students who have water anxiety or individuals
with limited time.
Private
Lessons
All Ages 30 mins
Private lessons can be arranged for any level
of swimmer. Please note, there is limited availability
and these classes are subject to a wait list.

Note:
Majority of our classes are 30 minutes in length.
Any class (other than scheduled private lessons)
where only one student is in attendance, will
become a 20 minute lesson.
ONLY
APPROVED PERMANENT SWIM DIAPERS ALLOWED IN OUR
POOL!
Our store carries a good assortment of styles,
sizes and reasonable prices.

Registration:
Registration
opens 4-6 weeks in advance of each session.
Registration can be done online,
in the office,
or by phone using a credit card.
Please prepare by knowing your family schedule.
Be aware of your child's ability or comfort
level in the water.
Familiarize yourself with the swim level descriptions
for best placement of your child in class.
Payment of a non-refundable family registration
fee is due at time of class sign-up.
Full session lesson fees are due by indicated
deadline to keep class placement.
We accept checks and most major credit cards.
